A School development Plan is a strategic document that outlines a school's priorities and actions over a three-year period. It sets targets, identifies the resources needed, and details how the school will improve learner outcomes, and sets out a strategic direction for our school. This School development plan is devised through extensive consultation with all our school stakeholders. The plan acts as a roadmap for leadership, staff, and governors to work towards specific, achievable goals.
